VIP Guest Experiences: Develop and execute long-term and annual strategies for VIP guest programs, ensuring the delivery of unparalleled service and exclusive experiences for VIPs, owners, celebrities, business partners, and other high-profile guests. Liaise with Entertainment, Event Operations, Marketing and the Food & Beverage partners to elevate hospitality interactions: understand and identify booking windows; develop customized menus based on client needs and budget; understand capabilities of hospitality spaces, including AV and furniture options.
