The primary responsibility of this role is to establish, implement, and sustain a single enterprise-wide operating model for Materials and Packaging Engineering across Syracuse, NY; Grayling, MI; West Lafayette, IN; Orlando, FL; Cranston, RI; Bristol, RI; CROW sites; external and satellite warehouses; and future Saab, Inc. locations. The successful candidate must be comfortable moving between strategy and execution, leading across multiple sites and functions, and capable of assuming broader Director-level responsibilities as the organization grows.
