Core duties include organizing and maintaining basic product data such as product name, specifications, ingredients, materials, net contents, country of origin, manufacturer, and warnings; applying for, generating, assigning, and tracking UPC barcodes; and providing the design, procurement, and supply chain teams with accurate, complete, ready-to-use product information. The role assesses regulatory requirements for food, cosmetics, general merchandise, and other categories, including but not limited to FDA food labeling and safety requirements, allergen declarations, nutrition information, import declarations, and related documentation.
