Builds and manages a high performing team of risk professionals through recruitment, training, coaching, performance management and related managerial activities.\n \nWhat you have:\n\n Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business, Finance, or a related field; OR 4 years of related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree.\n 8 years of risk management, compliance, or regulatory experience in a relevant functional area to include banking, insurance, financial services, audit, project management, public accounting or other related operational area; OR advanced degree/designation in Risk Management, Business, Finance, or other discipline relevant to risk management and 6 years of work experience in a discipline relevant to risk management.\n Your strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and ability to influence at all leadership levels will be essential in navigating emerging risks, including those related to Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI (GenAI), and large language models (LLMs).\n \nThe ideal candidate brings strong critical\u2011thinking abilities, a holistic understanding of how systems and processes interconnect, and industry-recognized security or risk certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC (or active pursuit of them).
