p/>The Director is responsible for maintaining the organization's enterprise risk framework, overseeing centralized risk intake and triage processes, coordinating external audits and assessments, supporting root cause analysis activities, and ensuring corrective actions are effectively implemented and sustained. Reporting to the Vice President, Compliance, this role provides strategic oversight of the organization's risk identification, assessment, remediation, and monitoring activities while ensuring consistent and effective management of compliance, operational, contractual, financial, and reputational risks.
