This position will have a hands-on role in cross-functional strategic risk management and compliance programs, with responsibilities that may include: internal intellectual property and insider risk investigations, trade secret protection frameworks and strategic initiatives, contractual compliance related to intellectual property, research security, third-party diligence, risk mitigation in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, and training and awareness. Be a go-to resource for intellectual property protection policies, procedures, and awareness, including developing deep expertise in the technology platforms that Applied uses to share information internally and with partners to best protect the value of the information being shared, and overseeing audits as necessary.
