You will lead the design and evolution of fraud detection, prevention, and resolution capabilities, including how signals (device, behavioral, network, transactional) feed into decisioning, e.g., specifying exactly how a new account velocity rule should evaluate, what data it pulls, and what action it triggers. Success in this role depends on genuine fluency in how fraud risk systems work mechanically: rules engines, device and behavioral signals, case management, model-based decisioning - not just familiarity with fraud strategy at a high level.
