Operating with significant independent judgment, the role oversees adherence to federal, state, local, contractual, and regulatory requirements, interfaces directly with federal regulators including the HHS Office of Civil Rights and serves as a trusted advisor to the Chief Compliance Officer, General Counsel, medical staff leadership, and the Board of Trustees on all matters involving regulatory compliance, emerging technology risk, and organizational integrity. The Coordinator leads the implementation and ongoing evaluation of the compliance program, develops and maintains organizational policy, conducts audits and assessments of internal processes and controls, and delivers compliance education to clinicians, staff, and leadership.
