Patient population includes post open heart surgical patients (CABG, valves, dissections, AAA, vascular procedures, carotids), STEMI, unstable angina, NSTEMI, cardiogenic shock, cardiomyopathy, TAVRs, and ventilated patients. RNs titrate multiple drips including dopamine, dobutamine, levophed, epi, neo, vasopressin, cleviprex, propofol, fentanyl, versed, insulin, heparin, and esmolol.
