Assist with specialized interventions, including pulmonary artery catheter monitoring, CRRT, chest tubes, and central venous catheters, in accordance with competency and unit protocols. The ideal candidate will have strong critical care skills, ventilator management experience, and the ability to respond effectively to rapidly changing patient conditions.
