Departments: Tower 1 (ICU/Step Down/Critical Care Unit), Tower 2 (Med Surg/ Post-Surgical Unit), Tower 3 (Med Surg Unit), Emergency Department, Surgery. In caring for a patient population which may include the newborn, toddler, adolescent, adult, and the elderly, the RN identifies the special needs of the patient's age group and respective level of growth and development, and plans the care accordingly.
