Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a Level IV NICU environment, including assignment to a BPD (bronchopulmonary dysplasia) unit where average patient length of stay is extended; must be comfortable with frequent trach care and heavy parent/family involvement. Float to other specialty units as needed, including PICU, CV PICU, stepdown, and medical/surgical; appropriate assignments will be provided based on competency.
