Provides and is responsible for quality patient care by thoroughly assessing, evaluating, planning, and implementing nursing care according to hospital polices and procedures ensuring that the patient s physical, psychosocial, environmental, self-care, and emotional needs are addressed. Monitors patient s condition by making frequent rounds on assigned patients, gathering data necessary to administer care, administers appropriate care and properly and accurately documents such findings.
