Overview: Nexus HR is looking for an Infusion Registered Nurse for our Longmont, CO market who will provide primary patient care for specifically assigned patients, to include assessments, care planning, evaluation, and education of patients receiving infusion therapy and/or other nursing services by the care matrices and best practices in the home or alternate site setting. Responsible for providing nursing services, procedures, patient education, clinical administration when directed, and ensuring medical supplies are available.
