As a Private Duty Nurse (PDN) Registered Nurse (RN), you will: Provide private duty, 1:1 skilled nursing care in the home according to the provider’s prescribed plan of care (and nursing scope of practice), closely monitoring patient status and response to care. As a Private Duty Nurse (PDN) Registered Nurse (RN), you’ll provide 1:1 skilled nursing care in the home—building consistent relationships with your patient and family while supporting safety, comfort, and dignity throughout every shift.
