ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (include the following, however, other duties may apply) Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently using RF scanners and/or warehouse management systemLoad and unload shipments, ensuring proper handling of packagesOperate Forklift or other material handling equipment to move products within the warehouse and back lotPerform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and condition of productsMaintain a clean and organized work area SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESQUALIFICATIONS Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role preferredAbility to operate material handling equipment such as forklift and pallet jacksBasic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues is a plusStrong attention to detail and ability to perform quality control checksAbility to lift heavy packages (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks as requiredExcellent organizational and time management skillsEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Forklift: 1 year (Required)Warehouse: 1 year (Required)LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, to effectively interact with colleagues, supervisors, and vendors. PHYSICAL DEMANDS Ability to lift and carry material weighing 50-100 lbs, lift 25-30 lbs repetitively; ability to see well (naturally or with correction); ability to stand/walk for long periods, stoop, kneel/crouch, crawl, and climb up/down ladders.
