Collaborate with the Director of Nursing Education and Professional Development (NEPD), Clinical Directors, Clinical Educators, Clinical Nurse Specialists, Nurse Managers and Assistant Nurse Managers to assess, plan, implement and evaluate orientation, in-service education, continuing education, and competency programs for predominantly Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) and occasionally to professional nursing staff.
