Additional Duties: Assist physicians and providers during clinic visits as needed Support with prescription refills, pre- and post-procedure patient education Maintain accurate, thorough charting within the EMR Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure patient comfort at all times Collaborate cross-departmentally and assist in other areas of the practice when needed.
