Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Home Health Duration: 17-week contract with strong potential to convert Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, one Saturday every month Experience: Minimum of 1 year of Home Health RN experience License: Current RN licensure in Michigan Certifications: BLS certification through AHA Must-Have: - Effective communication skills - Strong interpersonal and customer service skills - Ability to lift, carry, transport, and move clients if needed Description: Under general supervision of the nursing supervisor, the Registered Nurse utilizes nursing principles to provide direct patient care in the home. The nurse assesses the need for other allied health care services such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, nutrition, speech pathology, and social work to ensure an integrated home health care delivery system.
