Working under the administrative supervision of the Valor House Program Manager and the clinical oversight of the Medical Director, the RN is responsible for supervising the medication control system in compliance with the Utah Nurse Practice Act, conducting medical needs assessments, coordinating with outside healthcare providers, and addressing the health needs of a population with complex co-occurring mental health, substance use, and medical conditions. Duties include but are not limited to:Supervises and manages the medication control system at Valor House in accordance with Sections R156-31b-701 and R156-31b-701a of the Utah Nurse Practice Act Rule, including medication storage, administration, documentation, destruction, and error reporting.
