Skills required include cardiac monitoring, dysrhythmia management, IV therapy, arterial line and central line management, titration of cardiac and vasoactive drips, BiPAP/CPAP management, ventilator patient care, and ETT/NT suctioning. CPI Blue Card from the Crisis Prevention Institute required for ER and Float Pool nurses (MAB or online CPI Blue not accepted).
