Shifts & Scheduling: 12hr shifts w/ varied start times: 7a-7p, 9a-9p, 11a-11p, 2p-2a, 7p-7a, Manager does the scheduling based on needs and staff availability, will try to accommodate block scheduling based on need. - Common diagnoses/Types of patients: peds to geriatrics, traumas- allow travelers to take, CAH transfers, Stroke, STEMI, SOB, abdominal pain, etc.
