Our IHM community includes 224 independent living, assisted living, and memory care apartments, along with 56 skilled and transitional care units, designed to support residents through changing health needs while maintaining dignity, comfort, and meaningful community connections. As an RN, you'll assess resident needs, provide direct nursing care, administer medications and treatments, and collaborate closely with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality outcomes.
