Performs those clinical skills within the scope of practice for which competencies have been validated, ensuring patient and staff safety on the assigned unit, and Contributes to the patient experience to cultivate positive patient satisfaction scores and HCAHP scores for department. Schedules and assigns personnel on assigned shift to ensure safe, adequate, and appropriate staffing for the unit, ensuring completion in a timely manner and in compliance with the approved unit staffing plan based on patient needs and acuity.
