Certification requirements include: Registered Nurse (North Dakota Board of Nursing or Compact State Agreement), Basic Life Support (American Heart Association), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (American Heart Association), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (American Academy of Pediatrics), and STABLE (S.T.A.B.L.E.). Develops a plan of care based on assessment that reflects the patient's physical, psychological, social, educational, developmental, and rehabilitative needs based on the patient's age, ethnicity, economic status, lifestyle, creed, or philosophical beliefs.
