In this role, you''ll support physicians and registered nurses by rooming patients, assisting with clinic visits, coordinating care, responding to MyChart messages, triaging patient concerns within the LPN scope of practice, and helping facilitate prior authorizations, medication refills, and disability paperwork. The RN delegates nursing tasks to licensed practical nurses (LPNs) and unlicensed assistive personnel (UAPs) using the criteria written in the Ohio Nurse Practice Act.
