After identifying new technologies, the Senior Lead Automation Engineer will follow established methodology for the implementation of the technology wherein the engineer leads or assists in the development of user requirements, process flows, new layouts (if applicable), new processes, new systemic functionality, and IQ/OQ/PQ validation. Identifies/creates routine and complex work methods/processes/flows to analyze; describes the basic steps in analysis of data related to people, technology, or information - Required.

ul>Production Equipment & Tooling: Design and implement specialized manufacturing tools, jigs, fixtures, and End-of-Line (EOL) testing equipment to improve efficiency. On-site Technical Support: Serve as the primary technical point of contact on the shop floor, resolving real-time engineering issues and communicating design change requirements back to the ME/EE teams.

This role is primarily based in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing facility, requiring daily presence on the production floor to oversee processes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure operational efficiency.
