ul>Production Equipment & Tooling: Design and implement specialized manufacturing tools, jigs, fixtures, and End-of-Line (EOL) testing equipment to improve efficiency. On-site Technical Support: Serve as the primary technical point of contact on the shop floor, resolving real-time engineering issues and communicating design change requirements back to the ME/EE teams.
In this role, you will help bridge the gap between simulation and the real world by developing a scalable policy framework that represents both our L4 ego-policy and a diverse population of simulated agents. You will work at the intersection of Multi-Agent Reinforcement Learning (MARL) and safety-critical system design to ensure our autonomous semi-trucks navigate highways with superhuman safety and precision.
After identifying new technologies, the Senior Lead Automation Engineer will follow established methodology for the implementation of the technology wherein the engineer leads or assists in the development of user requirements, process flows, new layouts (if applicable), new processes, new systemic functionality, and IQ/OQ/PQ validation. Identifies/creates routine and complex work methods/processes/flows to analyze; describes the basic steps in analysis of data related to people, technology, or information - Required.
