Drawing packages, calibration procedures, validation data, spare parts lists, etc.</li><li>Creating management systems to oversee robotic programming, touchups, and maintenance.</li><li>Hands-on responsibility for troubleshooting and repair of welding production equipment in support of the maintenance department.</li><li>Responsible for fundamental operator training as well as advanced robot training for production and maintenance personnel.</li><li>Troubleshoot deficiencies in equipment design, function, and application.</li><li>Stay current of improvements in robotics and relevant field of engineering.</li><li>May assume a team lead role for related work group (s)</li></ul>Qualifications, Education, and/or Experience  To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. In this role, you’ll own hardware sustaining and reliability initiatives—from component selection and schematic updates to verification testing and factory support—helping keep automation systems performing safely and reliably in real-world customer environments.
