You can independently diagnose roof issues — leaks, flashing failures, ponding water, coping caps, drains and scuppers, parapets, sealants — and write a defensible scope. You must be able to safely climb ladders, walk roofs of all types (single-ply, modified bitumen, BUR, metal, tile), and perform inspections in Florida weather.
