Position Summary: Under the general direction of the Assistant Director, The Manager of Emergency Shelter Operations is responsible for managing the shift operations daily, including scheduling, crisis management, customer service, bed assignment, clothing, toiletries, and referrals. Develop and maintain close working relationships with other staff, departments, and programs to ensure a cohesive delivery of services.
