Handling side duties (including stocking ice bins, liquor, beer, wine and coolers, including lifting/moving up to 25lbs), clean/assist with maintaining bar equipment, opening/running/closing side duties, put all trash/recyclable products in proper receptacles, and ensure responsible alcohol service per local ordinance. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: performing opening/running/closing duties, cleaning all spills immediately using floor signs to caution guests/staff, put all trash/recyclable products in proper receptacles, cleaning and stocking line to par throughout shift.
