Overview:
As a Premium Runner, Hospitality you’ll play a key role in delivering elevated service to our premium guests in Suites, Clubs, Loges & Restaurants. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team at PeoplesBank Arena. This role pays an hourly rate of $19.00 Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching EVERGREEN ROLE: Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis; there is no application deadline.

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Deliver timely, accurate, and professional service to guests in premium seating areas</li><li>Ensure all food and beverage items are neatly presented and delivered with care</li><li>Monitor assigned sections and maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment</li><li>Stock and replenish stations (ice, cups, mixers, napkins, etc.) as needed</li><li>Communicate effectively with servers, supervisors, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service</li><li>Support event setup, service, and teardown across premium spaces</li><li>Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and sanitation standards</li><li>Maintain accurate inventory and requisition supplies as needed</li><li>Possess full knowledge of menu items and accompaniments</li><li>Ensure all areas have appropriate serving ware and are cleaned post-event</li><li>Maintain operable and sanitized equipment in assigned areas</li><li>Other duties as assigned by supervisors or management</li></ul>

Qualifications:
<ul><li>Exceptional communication skills and a guest-first attitude</li><li>Previous experience in fast-paced, high-volume service environments preferred</li><li>Strong communication and teamwork skills</li><li>Comfortable with physical duties, including walking, standing, lifting, and bending</li><li>Experience in arena or live event food & beverage service is an asset</li><li>Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per event schedule</li></ul>
