Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Set up Expo Line according to restaurant standards.</li><li>Consistently keep the restaurant and expo line organized and clean.</li><li>Clear and reset tables to standards.</li><li>Ensure silverware is not spotted or fingerprinted and china and glassware is not chipped.</li><li>Set up trash cans, plates, utensils, and to-go containers at start of shift.</li><li>Pick up soiled plates and beverages, and place into bus tubs.</li><li>Ensure full bus tubs get brought back into the kitchen.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glass, etc., throughout the day.</li><li>Work carefully to avoid breakage and loss.</li><li>Strong knowledge of floor layout and table numbers</li><li>Run food quickly and efficiently</li><li>Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to hotel standards.</li><li>Anticipate and address guests` service needs.</li><li>Speak with others using clear and professional language.</li><li>Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.</li><li>Inform server of potential issues with guests.</li><li>Stock/restock appropriate linens and station with appropriate glasses, plates, and saucers.</li><li>Complete assigned side work. Side work is not optional and will be checked out by the manager-on duty.</li><li>Complete closing duties, including restocking items, turning off lights, etc.</li><li>Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.</li></ul>

Qualifications:

This is a fast-paced position with continual customer contact.
