The Fellow will be supervised by the Director of Healthy Communities, with the support of the Senior Director of Policy, and work with other NYIC staff, NYIC member organizations, and allied partner organizations to advance organizational goals on the Access Health NYC initiative, including through research and analysis of law and policy, publications and other material development, trainings, support for initiatives relating to Access Health NYC program, and other support as needed. We represent the collective interests of New York's diverse immigrant communities and organizations and devise solutions to advance them; advocate for laws, policies, and programs that lead to justice and opportunity for all immigrant groups; and build the power of immigrants and the organizations that serve them to ensure their sustainability, to improve people's lives, and to strengthen our state.
