This role converts safety strategy into consistent field execution by maintaining the safety operating rhythm, directing regional Safety Specialist work, managing the Safety Captain and Driver Ambassador programs, and coordinating with Operations, Fleet, HR, Training, Finance, Communications, and Asset Protection. Required: Seven or more years of progressive safety, operations, fleet safety, distribution, logistics, or field leadership experience, including experience supporting multi-location or geographically dispersed operations and indirect people leadership.
