Oversee and continuously improve key safety programs including: Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Machine Guarding, Confined Space, Fall Protection, Powered Industrial Trucks / Forklift Safety, Hazard Communication, Respiratory Protection, Hearing Conservation, Contractor Safety, Emergency Response and Preparedness, Ergonomics and Injury Prevention, Behavioral and Culture-Based Safety Programs. This role serves as the corporate safety leader, partnering with plant leadership and operations teams to foster a proactive safety culture through injury prevention, risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, continuous improvement, and strategic safety program development.
