Required: • Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience • Minimum of 10 years of construction experience, including at least 5 years of combined experience working as a Construction Quality Control Manager (QCM), Site Safety & Health Officer (SSHO), and Superintendent • Experience working on projects with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and/or Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) • Demonstrated track record as a certified Quality Control Specialist/Manager on federal construction projects • Construction Quality Management for Contractors (CQM-C) certification or ability to obtain/renew • 30-hour OSHA construction safety class certification • Experience overseeing multiple projects and managing design teams through Design/Build project phases • Strong proficiency in USACE Quality Control System (QCS) and/or Resident Management System (RMS) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), with an emphasis on Excel.
