This Senior Project Manager (Major Projects) will manage the design and construction projects of various City of Houston facilities including, but not limited to, fire and police stations, libraries, multiservice and health centers, general government buildings, community centers, recycling centers, office buildings, parks and maintenance facilities, etc. Manages all phases of design and multiple construction delivery methods including, but are not limited to, the following: low bid, competitive sealed proposals, design-build, construction management at risk, and other construction contracts.
