You will operate across hiring strategy, recruiter execution, process design, and candidate experience, while owning a high-impact portfolio in a company that is scaling quickly and asking Talent Acquisition to be more predictive, data-driven, and embedded in the business. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
