Build Referral Networks: Identify, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with key referral sources, including hospitals, physician offices, senior living communities, rehabilitation centers, case managers, and social workers. Experience: 2–5 years of experience in outside sales, business development, or healthcare liaison roles (Home Health, Hospice, Private Duty Care, or Senior Living experience is highly preferred).
