The primary roles played by the Area People Services Directors are that of Advisor, Mentor, Communicator, Auditor and Strategic Leader for People Services initiatives and efforts where collaboration across the Area will best leverage resources to the shared benefit of the organization. Responsibilities: Serve as a mentor, thought partner and advisor to Complex and Property PSDs/Managers within the Area assigned on the full gamut of People Services matters, including talent acquisition, development, engagement, employee relations, terminations, layoffs, and regulatory, union or legal matters.
