Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor's required in engineering, science, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred • Experience: 8+ years of experience in product management, applications engineering, technical sales, engineering, or business development for complex technical products • Strong understanding of optical products, optical systems, semiconductor applications, or adjacent precision technology markets • Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs and market trends into product priorities and commercial actions • Ability to influence across Sales, Applications Engineering, Engineering, Operations, and Business Line stakeholders • Excellent analytical, communication, product positioning, and cross-functional leadership skills. This position serves as the product owner for assigned optical offerings and applications, partnering closely with Sales, Applications Engineering, Engineering, Operations, and Business Line leadership to prioritize opportunities, define requirements, and support global commercialization.
