Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred (or equivalent industry experience) 7 10+ years of industrial sales, manufacturing sales, fabrication sales, or value-added processing experience Strong knowledge of fabrication and manufacturing processes including tube processing, welding, machining, and cutting Proven success developing new business and managing complex customer relationships Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings/specifications preferred Experience working with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities Ability to travel to customer and manufacturing sites as required. Experience selling fabricated tube products or value-added metal processing services Prior sales leadership or team management experience Existing relationships within OEM, industrial manufacturing, or fabrication markets Familiarity with quoting processes, contract review, and project-based manufacturing environments Experience supporting fabrication projects from concept through production.
