As ACK F&B continues to expand across Maryland and Virginia, successful General Managers may also have opportunities to advance into multi-unit or Regional Manager roles , supporting multiple stores, developing managers, and assisting with future store openings. The Assistant General Manager will work closely with the General Manager and ownership team to support daily café operations, employee training, customer service, product quality, cleanliness, inventory, scheduling, reporting, and overall store performance.
