Responsibilities include developing and maintaining positive relationships with property managers, achieving weekly and monthly sales goals, scheduling events and identifying and executing additional marketing tactics, pre-promoting events and offers, establishing clear communication between clients and prospects, and internal client teams, and administrative duties including event recapping, finance management and product inventory. Ideal candidates will possess prior sales experience in related fields such as real estate, outside sales, business to business, retail or telecom, a strong work ethic, solid organization, communication and interpersonal skills, reliable form of transportation, and full time availability (may include some nights/weekends).
