Responsibilities: • Successful execution of internal and external project development activities • Maintain communications with outside sales force regarding new and developing opportunities • Efficiently access, maintain, and distribute technical information to all stakeholders, as required • Assist with influencing and sales activities with consulting engineer, contractors, and end users • Assist and conduct marketing activities based on market information related to new and existing customers, applications, products, and competitors to grow the Power Systems business • Effective and efficient clerical office support for assigned sales engineers • Organize and document customer quotations • Relay messages to sales force in a timely manner • Provide support for incoming phone calls • Process customer tax certificates and credit applications • Process incoming and outgoing mail • Effective and timely provision of quote activity, opportunity status and market intelligence • Follow established guidelines for recording and maintain project activities in CRM • Participate in weekly opportunity meetings to report project quoting progress • Provide analysis of won-lost data related to activities • Assist with and communicate competitor technical and commercial intelligence data • Professional sales support and administrative assistance to assigned sales engineers • Assemble technical bid review binders • Assist Credit Department with collecting all past due invoices and follow up on collection of funds retained until successful project completion • Coordinate customer opportunities and inquiries for all H.O. Key Qualifications: • Ability to multitask and be highly organized & competent in a fast-paced environment • Strong administrative skills (including but not limited to: phone skills, email, research, data entry, verifying information) • Strong interpersonal, organizational and follow up skills • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal • Proficient with computer software (including MS Word, Excel, & Outlook) with the capability of utilizing multiple computer systems • Strong interest in sales and sales support • Administrative or sales/sales support experience in a technical industry preferred.
