In this role, you will respond to all inquiries from new and established customers, process requests for quotes, enter orders, managed from inception to completion, and working with all functional areas throughout the specified Specialty or Automotive organization to ensure customer satisfaction. Interface with various departments within the company, including Shipping, Scheduling, Quality, Manufacturing, Credit, Finance, Engineering, and Product Management, in order to meet the needs of the customer and to ensure timely delivery and accurate receipt of products.
