As an Outside Sales Supervisor with EST, you’ll guide and support a group of Outside Sales Representatives responsible for driving profitable growth across the U.S. You’ll blend hands‑on sales activity with team leadership—coaching reps, refining processes, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects EST’s mission, vision, and values. In this role, you’ll represent EST at customer sites, trade shows, and industry events while helping your team develop strong relationships, pursue new business, and deliver exceptional service.
