Provide assistance and guidance to Member Service Representatives in conducting routine account transactions including but not limited to deposits and withdrawals, transfers, loan and VISA payments, check cashing, direct deposit and ordering members checks. Perform functions relating to loan services, to include providing information about the services, interviewing applicants, determining collateral needs and payment plans, and reviewing, processing and closing loan applications.
